In Case 20 of the 2017.2 KFP you visit Betty, an 80 year old who presents with acute upper back pain that happened while gardening. She has a history of late menarche and early menopause, had 3 years of HRT before ceasing. Spinal Xray was performed.

In Case 19 of the 2017.2 KFP, you attend a home visit of Bill, a 19 year old disability resident with a history of Prader-Willi Syndrome who staff are concerned has been acutely disturbed recently over a period of 3 days, becoming abusive to the staff, talking about Jesus and pouring water on other residents, when he is normally quite lucid and pleasant. The patient is on no medications.

RACGP KFP 2017.2 Case 22 sees an encounter with Grace, a 68 year old indigenous woman who has recently self-discharged from your rural GP-run hospital where she was being provided palliative care for advanced cerebral glioblastoma. She was removed by her family due to concerns about her care.

Amy is a 32 year old woman who presents with 3 weeks of depressed mood, depressed libido, anhedonia, sleep disturbance on a background of recent bereaval of her husband. She has been drinking more than usual. Her past medical history includes recent right rotator cuff tear, on Tramadol 150mg daily, and the OCP.
