The pain is described as “boring” and radiates to her head and neck. Her eye is very tender to touch. She has a watery discharge, no change in her vision. She is on Aledronate 70mg weekly for osteoporosis.

His part history includes Hypertension, COPD, previous angina, DVT, BPH, Cirrhosis, Aortic Stenosis. His medications include duodart, perindopril 10mg, and symbicort 200/6 bd.
Betty is a 45 year old woman with normally well treated hypertension on Perindopril 5mg daily who was noted to have BPs of 165/98 and 158/75 at the last two consults. She has been putting on weight recently, not sleeping well and hence a bit more tired than usual. She has put this down to being really busy with work and family.
