James, 25, presents with bilateral red eye, which started suddenly 3 days ago in one eye then spread to the other eye, on a background of recent viral URTI. He describes watery discharge and says her eyes feel gritty. He has never had this problem before.

Barry is a 35-year-old man presented with sudden onset of a right red eye, severe eye pain in right eye only, worse when trying to read, tearing, photophobia, and headache. He has a history of back pain for the last year which he has not sought treatment for.

Feng is a 55 year old woman of Chinese descent, with a history of myopia, who presents to your country practice with severe left eye pain, red eye, nausea and vomiting which started last night while he was watching an emotional TV show in the dark. Shee now can barely see her hand in front of her face and state that lights have rainbow haloes around them.
