Bobby-Bill is an 76 year old farmer with a history of sun exposure who presents with a growth on both eyes that he is concerned about. His eyes are often dry and irritated. His eye looks as follows; the other eye is normal.

Maylon is a 50-year-old man of Caribbean descent, working as an occupational truck driver who noted to have a large cup-to-disc ratio of 0.6 during a fundoscopic examination by his optometrist and referred back to you. The patient reported no visual complaints. He has a background of hypertension and diabetes, both well controlled. You perform fundoscopy which looks as below. He has an IOP of 27mmHg.

Peter 35 presents to your practice with sudden onset visual change in his right eye only. He described a sudden onset flashes in this eye and the appearance of a “curtain descending” in that eye. He has a history of poorly controlled diabetes adnd family history of myopia. Fundoscopy looks as below.
